Each clock is carefully padded and boxed specifically to protect both the wood and the movement during transit. I've tested the packaging to survive typical courier handling. If anything arrives damaged, contact me immediately and I'll make it right.

The wood is finished with natural oil. Once a year, apply a thin coat of furniture oil to keep the grain looking rich. Avoid placing directly in strong sunlight for extended periods. Dust gently with a dry cloth — no wet cleaning needed.
